ENTRY LEVEL CRITERIA
Prospective candidates must meet the following minimum requirements for consideration for employment in the Group/Unit Companies:
Possess at least a first degree or its equivalent in a relevant field of study. Some roles may require additional qualification or certification. This would be considered as a criterion during screening.
Must have either completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Programme or have an exemption/ exclusion certificate from the relevant authority.
Must have relevant documents to support claims.

Shortlisted candidates for Entry level management and supervisory grades are subjected to aptitude tests conducted by the Human Resource Department or Recruitment consultant. The tests are designed to ascertain the candidates’ suitability for the job position based on defined criteria. Successful candidates will be invited to proceed to the interview stage.
All interviewed candidates will be notified of the outcome of the selection process (within 2 weeks or one month) either in writing or by email
